So, outside of my sales pitch the nuts and bolts look like this;
- Direct line management of 4 with a wider team of 8
- You’ll have strong experience on resourcing of projects, commercial acumen and be comfortable working closely with senior leaders both internally & externally
- You’ll have solid experience of event delivery and be able to lead and mentor junior members of the team
- The team deliver a range of events for clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Automotive & Retail so experience in one or more of these sectors would be advantageous
- The agency works on a hybrid model of 2/3 days per week in the office so being able to commute to and from Surrey is key
