Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to be responsible for the development, production and delivery of projects for association customers for this global agency. Being the project lead on association congresses in virtual, hybrid and in person events you will…..:

  • Deliver events from proposal to delivery, debrief and final reconciliation
  • Be the day to day point of contact for the client
  • Manage the critical timeline for the project
  • Manage the budget for the project
  • Schedule and host regular progress meetings with the client
  • Manage the production of works across the entire project team and in house specialists to ensure the project is produced on time and within budget
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Provide leadership, support and direction to junior members of the team
  • Identify areas where additional products and programmes can be upsold to achieve more for your client

    • This role would also suit a Project Manager who may be working within an association environment currently and is looking to make the move into an agency role.
