We need a really strong leader and operational expert. Leading the operational side of the business for this very reputable engagement agency will be an amazing opportunity for an experienced, driven candidate looking to become part of something special! You will be overseeing resource management, developing and implementing client retention strategy, overseeing all projects – understanding scope and identifying resources, implanting client retention strategy and a whole lot more.
