As Project Director / Senior Producer you will be leading on large projects (virtual, hybrid and live) with global clients, (largely from the financial and professional services sectors, tech and media brands). Extensive experience of managing events in an agency environment is essential as is experience of team management and ownership of client relationships. So typically you would be an SPM or Project Director already.
