Your task should you choose to accept it will be to take responsibility for elements of the full cycle of events such as:

  • Project research, image sourcing, venue sourcing and pitch work.
  • Logistical and operational delivering such as catering booking, delegate management and ordering branding.
  • Venue liaison and onsite support to the team, handling production and crew logistics inc. booking travel and hotels.
  • Source suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
