What we are looking for is a hunter. Not in the old school sense of making 250 calls a day and being targeted on minutes spent on the phone but someone who is looking for quality contact over quantity.
You will lead and develop an existing team of 4 based in London and North America so a track record leading and developing teams is vital. This role will be for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up though and not just sit back and orchestrate.
This will be consultative selling with quality lead generation in targeted sectors. You will have a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to opening doors, growing relationships and winning business.
