This is a brilliant opportunity to join an agency who are really flourishing. Not shy of a challenge the owner set this agency up in lockdown and they have been going from strength to strength ever since. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit a superstar account executive. The role will see you work for a huge variety of clients in the the recruitment, law, finance, insurance sectors. You will be supporting on a range of event projects including luxury overseas incentives, conferences and venue sourcing. Your day to day tasks and responsibilities will look something like this:

  • Supporting the team with proposal writing
  • Venue sourcing
  • Working on budgets
  • Attending new business meetings as and when required
  • Managing and nurturing supplier relationships (these relationships are key and very highly valued)
  • Supporting the marketing team
  • Managing all Health and Safety records for each event

The ability and drive to really get stuck in and proactively run with tasks in a remote working environment is so important and these boxes really need to be ticked – A detective when it comes to attention to detail, excellent communication skills (you need to be able to speak with all levels of seniority), excellent time management skills, ability to take ownership of tasks and use initiative, experience in all MS office programmes, comfortable working remotely and at least 1 years experience in a similar role ideally in an agency environment.
