This global events agency are going from strength to strength working with some incredible new brands providing amazing live and virtual customer/employee experiences.
Due to growth they are looking for a Production Coordinator to come on board to support on the larger events and lead with small to mid-weight ones – a range of live and virtual events including conferences, incentives, expo’s, away days across the UK and internationally too. You will be venue sourcing, booking tech kit, booking travel/accommodation, creating PO’s, managing suppliers, working on budgets, managing H&S, researching for client proposals and a whole host of other event admin tasks.
It’s a very exciting time to join this diverse agency who have worked so hard to respond to the challenges the event industry has faced these last couple of years. Good relevant experience in a similar role in an agency environment is a must have, as is a passion for events and counting proactivity as one of your strengths!
