Lynchpin is the perfect definition of this role, but, just to be clear, you’re definitely a person and not a thing of course!
Any role within events is full on, attitude will get you wherever you want to end up but for me this role is the foundation of any agency and in fact any career that goes far in event delivery.
The key facets to the role are;
- Attention to detail
- Being a master plate spinner
- Being non flappy (not sure non flappy is a thing but you know what I mean)
- Working across multiple projects with a smile on your face and proactivity in droves
- All of the above – again and again and again
