A new client of ours who has been on a steep trajectory of growth recently with continued new business wins are now looking to grow the team. They work with an impressive portfolio of clients spanning across the healthcare sector and now looking for an exceptional Event Administrator to assist the events team across multiple projects and event logistics for mainly pharmaceutical events (live and virtual).

This role is absolutely pivotal in the efficient running of event projects. You will be spinning a lot of plates so the key here is being able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively and exceptional attention to detail is an absolute must. Assisting in taking briefs, preparing meeting agendas, reporting, writing critical paths, raising PO’s are just some of the tasks that you will be doing but really you need to be ready for any support needed.

Ideally you will have previous experience as an administrator in an agency environment and demonstrate that you can be resilient under pressure, input information accurately and work to a high level of accuracy.

In return you’ll get the flexibility to work remotely and in an office (1 day a week), the opportunity to support on fantastic projects and a chance to grow, develop and upskill with an amazing bunch of people.
